We aim to process and dispatch all UK orders within 1–2 working days. Once shipped, delivery is handled by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically arrives within 2–3 working days.

You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your parcel is on its way. All orders are sent via tracked shipping for peace of mind.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your order amount and location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey. Please allow a few hours for the tracking link to update once the parcel is scanned in by the courier.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 1–2 working days in case of postal delays.

If it's still missing after this time, get in touch at hello@dalerheart.com and we’ll investigate promptly. If your parcel is lost, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue or send a replacement where needed.
